Almost perfect

I have 2 minor complaints.
Now, i don't know the manufacturing year, i don't know when this model was released.
That said, i can only compare it to the Plantronics Voyager Legend headset, as that is the only other Bluetooth headset i have used in recent years.
That, and it's the same manufacturer and a very similar device, so the comparison seems fair.
This device (voyager 5200) has a slightly smaller ear hook, which makes it sit slightly off. By smaller i mean the length of the side that has the actual ear piece and mic feels slightly shorter, which makes it not sit as comfortably on my ear.
My second complaint is that the battery life is only 6 hours, where the voyager legend has a battery life of 7 hours.
The body of the headset (the part containing the buttons and charging port, etc.) Is slightly wider than the voyager legend, which is also slightly uncomfortable.
I don't know for sure, but i suspect this is due to the one thing that gives this product a significant advantage over the legend, and that is the addition of a micro usb charging port in addition to the magnetic one.
In addition to the added discomfort of a wider device behind your ear, the other disadvantage of the added usb port is that the magnetic charger from the voyager legend does not fit this product.
However, these two disadvantages, in my opinion, are outweighed by the convenience of the usb port, as the magnetic chargers often don't like to sit properly on the headset which causes it to either charge very slowly, or not charge at all.
Overall, this is a good product but could use a couple tweaks in the next model.
I would give it 3.5 stars.
