  LP took a while to arrive, was well packaged, and was close to (but not quite in) the condition as described by the seller. Seller needs to be more attentive to grading. Initial media shipping cost was a bit high. I returned the LP to the seller at my own expense. ... Seller was respectful, responsive, and agreeable. Might consider in the future.

  I missed the mark on grading this one and was glad we came to a quick resolution including a prompt, full refund. I was able to quickly re-sell the same LP to another buyer with a revised "VG" grade. The cost of premium record mailers and cardboard inserts are built into shipping costs and help maintain my 100% positive feedback through well-packed LPs that arrive safely. Thanks again for your feedback and again, I apologize this one slipped through the cracks. Hope to do business again.
