Love Jane
Love Jane, these are great workouts for an older person or just someone who needs to get up and move. I would classify them as "beginner" workouts.

My favorite
I love Isomers Lip Firming Serum! I have very dry lips and this keeps them nice and smooth and soft!

Beginner workout
it is a very good workout for a true beginner; however, I really don't like when the workout is not in sync with the music; I feel like there should be some effort made to choreograph the repetitions with the music so I don't constantly have to watch the screen.
