Great product! Better than the original!!
Part was high quality & is actually better than the one that was replaced. A couple of tips on the replacement:
Keep the 'pull up lever" which releases the bottom of the canister as it isn't included. It can be removed once the handle assembly is removed
You need to release the canister empty bottom before the top will come out
The rod that's attached to the underside of the handle is removed with one start screw
When reassembling, install the pull-up lever 1st, then the release rod which is spring loaded so you must depress the spring while installing on new handle.
Test 1st, before installing rod into canister bottom by pulling up the release knob. If the bar doesn't move, then the spring wasn't loaded before attaching
BE VERY CAREFUL putting the screws back in. The Dyson plastic is very brittle & will break. Mine broke so I ended up super-gluing the handle to the assembly.
