Stedman's Oncology Words
This is one of those cannot-do-without books for the medical language profession. This is an older edition, but still very handy for looking up oncology terms. There is plenty of extra information in the back of the book such as oncology treatments, chemotherapies, and lab values. The information is right there in a small book and saves lots of Internet searching for uncommon terms. I love Stedman's Word Books.

Great info in a small book
Many organic recipes in a compact paperback that run the gamut from appetizers to desserts. A great addition to a cookbook library.

The Walk Diet
3 of 3 found this helpful This is a good workout for a beginner, or someone that needs a low-impact workout, which is why I tried it. It is easy to learn, 4 easy steps, and easy to follow along. Leslie puts in some arm movements for upper body exercise and to get the heart working. She is enthusiastic and includes all of her co-exercisers when she is talking throughout the workout. This includes a warm up and cool down period. It can be used for 3 different workouts: a 1-mile, a 2-mile, or all together for a 3-mile workout. The time goes fast with this enthusiastic workout leader. One thing that will appeal to many people is that Leslie is down-to-earth and does not have a super model type physique. She looks healthy and like she has lost her weight through her workouts. This could be compared to a Richard Simmons workout with a female leader. This is a good, solid workout designed to get people moving and feeling good.
