2 of 5 found this helpful Purchased this useless piece of junk and have had nothing but constant problems with the internet dropping out. No online support and Telstra does not offer tech support for this poor excuse of a modem/router. Dual 4G/5G is just a gimmick. When it switches to 5G you are lucky to get any Mpbs. Finally after several tech visits to my home I have upgraded to the Telstra Gen 2 for same price and have not had any issues since. Don't waste your money on empty promises
