Solid Bike Rack
Bike rack is really well built, very solid. It came assembled, which was good.
Process to connect it to car is interesting, it is very solid, but I would have liked to be able to lock it on. Suggestions?
Top plate did not come with holes for an accessory number plate (required in NSW), but is was easy to drill them (put them close to the top as nuts will need some space on backside). Use locking nuts.
Pads to cushion bikes need some fastening so that they can be kept on the rack when there are no bikes on. I used tape on the top ones and cable ties on the bottom ones.
It is really solid, will try it out when the rain stops. So far very happy with it.
