Genuine?
Not sure if it's genuine but it works perfectly and considering the cost, it's a staggering saving. Delivery too was within the week which our UK firms often struggle to meet.
All in all I'm very pleased.

Best filter machine I've ever had.
Great design, well made, good value. German engineering at its best. Melitta 1 X 4 filters are a perfect fit too! Oh and the EU to UK adapter is a work of art.

Almost 5 stars but not quite.
Very happy with the results. I would have given it 5 stars but the instructions are appalling. You're expected to learn how to use it from pictures, not words. I resorted to YouTube.
