The buyer gave negative feedback that item was smaller than expected. The dimensions were in description and tape measure in photos on the item to depict actual size. Reached out for buyer to clarify but no explanation was provided. Now, for $4.86, I have negative feedback showing on my profile through no fault of my own. The least she could have done is reply to my requests for clarification so I could better understand.

Good value, good quality. Don't recommend buying used pillow. Knew better--thought co out of business.
I was already familiar with the product. I thought the company had gone out of business, or I would never have bought a used pillow. It was as advertised--not much use but old with a kind of musty odor. I put tea tree oil on a wash cloth and put it between the pillow case and the pillow. It helped, and I need it, so I'm using it. Thus, it was a good value, good quality, but I would never recommend anyone to order a used pillow.

It works.
It is the only thing I've seen that works I don't have thin looking hair any more. My hairdresser noticed! It's not just "in" my head.
It is OUTRAGEOUSLY PRICED, however. I look forward to some competition to bring the price down.

Cheap junk but the magnets help arthritis--til they fall out.
It would be better if I knew the magnets weren't going to fall out like the last one. Because the magnets do help arthritis, it has motivated me to find a brand that does work and the magnets can't fall out--Nikken Kenko.
