15 years ago I bought one of these at a yard sale (completely dead). After charging it worked as advertised, lasting 14 years before a nearby lightning strike killed it (along with most of the other electronic items in my house). I have had many similar products that only last a year or two but seeing this same (Greenlite) model still in production, decades later tells me that I'm not the only one that says they're durable.

Truly a classic
Everybody who has seen it, loves it, truly a classic movie. Early interaction between Don Knotts and Andy Griffith / my favorite scene. Hard to find movie (at a reasonable price) but eBay wins again. The best place for hard to find items.
