    Factory Fit
    OE part fit as expected
CLUTCH COVER GASKET FITS KAWASAKI VULCAN 900 CUSTOM VN900C 2007-2016
    14 February 2018
    Does the job
Fit was okay but didn't realize the green would show as much as it did. Touchup with something black is needed to hide it against black engine cases if you want a clean look. It also didn't seem as firm as the stock gasket I installed just a month before which made putting on the big side cover a hassle.
KG Clutch Factory High Performance Clutch Spring Set KGS-030
    23 February 2018
Why couldn't the factory install these
Just what I needed. Vulcan 900 Custom clutch slipped since new. Installed the KG springs @ 35k miles. For those that think the 900 lever pull is already too hard these aren't for you (pull went from 8# to 13+#). Clutch drags a bit in 30deg weather w/10W-40 oil but I usually run 0W-40 when I can find it. Preload is higher than the Barnett springs I tried first (they went soft in 200 miles). Hopefully they soften just a small bit for sitting at lights, or don't leave it in gear. Getting on the highway going through the gears is no longer a problem of getting run over waiting for the clutch to grab.
