Pretty nice engine.
It pulls well, even up a 3% grade. One review said it can operate on 18" radius curves. One of the curves on my layout is 20" and this engine has difficulty. Bachman says it needs a 22" or better radius; I would agree to that statement.

Big improvement
I previously used another type and brand to move my turnouts. I found the Tortiose switch motors to be a little more involved to install but well worth the effort. I purchased a six pack and turned around and bought another. This in my opinion is the standard for moving turnouts.
