Just take one in the morning with my meds and the same when I go to bed. No taste at all.
1 of 1 found this helpful I ah my Gall Bladder taken out about 3 years ago. The gall bladder stores bile from the liver and is released when you eat. It dissolves the fat in what you are eating. I'm ready to open my fifth bottle. I am thoroughly happy with the results it provides. Love it.
