  The item wasn’t as described. Missing a large part and was told it would be complete. A very sad little boy when it arrived. When I contacted Richard about this, he was argumentative and pretty unsympathetic, telling me I could buy them parts elsewhere. Waiting for me to send the items back 2nd class before refunding or even paying for return postage. Would not buy from him again.
