Excellent product

Not bad
The antenna is good for the price. The quality control is not great. One antenna went on fine the other had the connector too far into the antenna and required some work to cut the base back a bit so that it would screw onto the radio sufficiently enough.

Ok
It is definately not near as good as the original. I would have been happy to pay more for original like quality. It`s for a $1000 headset and it works like a $200 headset with these Earpads.
