The genuine part.
This is the exact part. It fits and works perfectly.
Note: There are magnets imbedded that eventually rusted and swelled in the original one. This is the exact part. I expect to have many good years of use before this problem occurs again.

Good features but setup is tedious.
I like the features this device offers. Setup is a bit tedious (not intuitive). I use both alarms (different times on different days). I appreciate seeing the time projected on the ceiling if/when I wake up during the night. The last one I had lasted about 2 years (I hoped for more) but I like it enough to try again.
