  Honorable seller. Made good w/ full refund on DVD player that sustained MINOR damage in shipment despite superb packing. Not his fault. Requested return b/c unit bought as gift. Did not want to “gift it” w/ slight damage. Tried to print return ship label but seller had already refunded monies, so I don’t know if he wants it back. Either way, seller went above/beyond to satisfy buyer (me). Wish more ebay sellers would make returns easy. Mycompliments to Rick816!
