    "Not confused at all. eBay suggested an insufficient postage fee. After the sale, I gave the buyer two fair options: pay £1.51 to cover the shortfall or cancel for a full refund. They chose to cancel. Despite my polite and professional approach, the buyer was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve the issue amicably."
