Does not work
1 of 1 found this helpful The product is defective. In fact, after researching this issue extensively, virtually none of these devices have ever worked from the SAMSUNG factory. Even replacement boxes received by some angry customers, did not work. Essentially, none of these devices work. The community (and myself) are pretty upset.
The problem is well known to SAMSUNG. Everyone has the exact same symptoms. I and the reset of the community have reported the problem to their official site. However, SAMSUNG offers no solution to fixing these defective devices, whatsoever. To me, this is unbelievable.
But, thats what I have learned about this device. As a result, I cannot connect a DVD player to my Television. :(
