Running my Phenom II 6core *UNLOCKED Blisteringly Fast and Stable at 4.5Ghz
I paid £40 for this board.. Brand New Still Boxed....I was not thinking of making another Gaming Rig But there it was for the taking... :)
I'm giving this AMD Motherboard 5:5 for its innovative design, BIOS. List of features as long as your arm, and Support for all the latest AMD Multicore CPU's.
It’s an Overclockers Board and very capable...Pound for pound you will not get a better board...This is the first AMD gaming rig I have Made, I use to think that Intel based systems were the best but I am Re-Thinking!.....
BAD POINTS
ASROCK have a reputation for producing excellent products but every now and then one of their Boards goes Tits-UP! But like everything I suppose you do get good and bad examples. The Vcore can be a bit hard on CPU#s...As tweaking does crank up the voltage a Lot!..It’s all done using there all new

Professional Quality Audio / Midi Card and much more at a knock-down price
This is a well respected, documented and reviewed piece of kit within the home studio / music making fraternity and I was not disappointed. Buying it on ebay for a knock-down price complete (As New)boxed and with all software was icing on the cake...
The twist however in the Creative Technology E-MU camp is they provide some even better kit.... Which they need to if they are to compete with similar products by M-Audio....and Alike
Summary
A good entry level card complete with Software Bundle...Like everything it takes time, knowledge and practise to get the most out of it + Software. However by the time you have mastered this you will be ready and confident at trying some of the serious PRO KIT!

Load...only down side is that yes the Alarm is very very load......it also times like a time bomb
