UPS had damaged both parcels very badly AND soaked one parcel even though it was dispatched in dry weather!So the concern was; would the contents be damaged or hopelessly broken? Opened on Christmas Day , the piano worked as soon as it was plugged in. Great product , very pleased .

Product condition said new, but it was clearly not new
0 of 2 found this helpful Product condition said new, but when I received the item, it had a scratch near the sound hole. It also sounded horrible. I knew it was going to sound bad before I even tuned it. Not happy.
