Surprisingly bright light
This "COB" (Chips On Board) lamp is an advance in technology from the previous separate LEDs version of the same product. I have both versions and the light output of the COB seems noticeably brighter. I believe the manufacturing costs (and hence potentially retail price) are also less than the LED version. With its compact size, multi-angle alignment and magnetic base, it's a useful addition to any driver's or DIYer's toolkit.

Photography in the Third Dimension!
1 of 1 found this helpful Stereo 3D photography was something of a 'craze' as early as the mid-19th century; enjoying a five-year resurgence in the early 1950s and again more recently with the vogue for 3D TV and games hardware. It was within this latter context that Fujifilm introduced their "REAL" 3D cameras, firstly the W1, then this improved version, the W3, in 2010, adding 3D movie capability.
Having two lenses instead of one, the Fujifilm REAL 3D camera 'sees' the world in stereo as we do; i.e. not only in terms of height and width, but also with depth. This extra dimension brings a quality of realism and immersion that makes one feel "in" the photo, rather than just looking "at" it.
Photographs taken can be displayed immediately on the camera's own lenticular 3D viewing screen, then printed out or shown on a TV or computer monitor as anaglyphs, which are viewed with the aid of easily obtainable red/cyan 3D glasses. They can also be printed out as "side by side" stereo pairs, for either 'free' (cross-eyed) viewing, or placing in a viewing device called a stereoscope.
The "FinePix Studio" software supplied on CD was released in 2010 to work with 32-bit Windows 7, Vista or XP. Buying the camera as new, but presumably old stock in June 2021, I could not install its supplied software in my 64-bit Windows 10 PC. Luckily, an excellent alternative 3D photo manipulation software program called Stereo Photo Maker is available online for free, and this works well with Windows 10.
It would be wise to use the cord wrist strap supplied, as the camera is easily dropped owing to its smooth shape, and needing to be held in an unfamiliar way - so as to avoid fingers obscuring either of its two lenses. There is only 34Mb of onboard memory, so the early fitting of a high capacity standard-size SD card is recommended.
