Best value for 10g RJ45 Nic / But can be loud.

Works great for cheap home 10g/. I am upgrading my home lab/network to 10g and this fits the bill for my Workstation at my desk. I had to download and install the drivers form the intel website to get it to work in windows 10 pro with the latest build. But after that little hicup it is working great. As others have said the fan is quite loud. I also am replacing the stock fan with a Noctua NF-A4x10 FLX. After driver install it was recognized at 10g on my Unifi 10g Aggregation switch using cat 6a cables and a 10gtec 10GBase-T SFP+ Transceiver.
