Good idea but disappointing and impractical
Plastic inserts do not stay in firmly. About two hours after I put one on the ring I noticed it had disappeared. It would have come off in the course of normal activities....perhaps when I washed my hands or did some dusting. There are no real instructions so perhaps I didn't put it in correctly but followed the illustrated directions that were shown on the packet. As the packet contains adjusters for various widths of rings there are only a couple for each ring size, so losing one almost immediately meant it was expensive as the others are unuseable on the ring.
