This was one of the best experiences with the seller I have had. I had questions about the product, which he did not know the answer to, but he went out of his way to find the answers. He reached out to ensure my address was up to date. He sent the well-packaged Sage fly rod the fastest way possible, receiving it sooner than expected. Once I received the product, he checked to make sure I received the product that was pictured and purchased. Now, that’s what I call going above and beyond.
