The album that shaped them into the band that they are today
Death Cab for Cutie’s Photo Album, the band’s 3rd full album, was the album that may have shaped them into the band that they are today. Their later albums all have little similarities in sound to this gem of an album. With its brilliant build-ups and break-downs mixed with Ben Gibbard’s beautiful vocals and lyrics that pull at the heart strings, Photo Album is the perfect album for any Indie rock fan.
