Simple to use - subpar quality

I bought this for my 11-yr old daughter who immediately wanted to swap out the cover plate and number pad. This became an complex task with special tools required to remove the slider and antenna. Once back together, the phone functioned fine, but call quality was poor and imho, had a "cheap" feel about it. I'm sure kids love the slider feature because it's different, and overall the phone seemed easy to use. I just wouldn't purchase another one.
