Great deal for the money
This stuff is awesome, especially for the price. It doesn't last as long as I'd like, but it is good stuff overall.

Classic
If you have not seen this movie yet, what's wrong with you? It's a must-see - no, scratch that - it's a must-own - for any hockey fan or rec-league player. Even if for some reason you don't like this movie, you'll be well advised not to admit that to anyone who does.

Z is for Zamboni, by Matt Napier
Very cute little book, but unfortunately, very poorly written. Generally, alphabet books such as this one employ techniques that make the content easier for developing minds to digest, including elements of rhyme and rhythm. While there are a few instances of repeating sounds, (for example - T is for tripping - using a stick to cause a stumble) there is very little else that would make this book a quality learning tool. At the time of this writing, my daughter is less than two months old, so I will have plenty of time to rewrite it to provide her with content that will benefit her. If you have absolutely no creative ability whatsoever, and are only going to buy one alphabet book for your kid, this is NOT an appropriate choice. However, if you love hockey like I do, and can buy it cheap like I did, do it. Seeing your baby's eyes wide open, staring at you while you tell her all about Wayne Gretzky, is just way too cool of an opportunity to pass up. And guys, your wife will love you for it, which is a good thing during the time surrounding your baby's birth. She goes from being fat, to being in a LOT of pain, to being hormonally imbalanced - so anything that works in your favor is a good thing. Trust me on this one.
