pros:arrived ahead of schedule, hyperthreading worked 1st try, great value-$20 for 6 cores, 12 threads
Cons: none
Other thoughts:I used this chip to upgrade my Dell Precision T3500 from 4 core 8 thread to 6 core 12 thread, and it was super cheap, and works great! Would definitely do this again if I go the chance
