Good read for new parents.
Great book for new parents. Not tried the method but I can see the merit of Daddy taking one meal a day for mum to sleep. zzzz

Highly recommend this book.
This book is fantastic. Nina is frank and friendly, honest and transparent. I am a scientist hoping for babies soon and this could be the only book I read. My partner loves it too.
