close call
Decision time, put printer in the bin or risk £34 to see if I can fix it? I went for the latter and I'm glad I did, for the printer, after multiple cleaning cycles, is now as new. Recommended product

Good but...
Well made and sturdy but bear in mind that the actual cradle screws into the wall plate. Tricky to explain but this means you can't just attached the plate to the wall with the triangle of screws in a nice neat fashion as, when you screw the cradle in, you could end up with the cradle at an angle when up tight. Answer: screw the cradle up tight and then mark up where the screws need to go, even if the triangle of screws is arbitrary. Alternatively, attach plate neatly and find a washer or two to allow the cradle to be in the right position when up tight
