Doesn't work right
Unable to get video to run, even using new video card in the slot. Unable to find what is causing the problem. Might be best to send it back.

Excellent device, reads everything I insert. Also copies whatever I select. Perfect for what I want and need.

Hard drive was easy to install, works great, accepted Win 10 with no problems.
