  I just received my modem and it is exactly as advertised. Brand new, still in the sealed package, and at a reasonable price. The outer box was not in great shape but the modem itself was fine. Even with that said, three thumbs up for NOT using USPS Ground Advantage. They've lost or mis-delivered more packages than they've correctly delivered over the last year. So, thank you so much!
