Nothing to do with the original.
1 of 1 found this helpful Excited to finally get this one, as it is one of my favorite late 80s graphic novels. This film, aside from the Jack in Gotham take, has nothing to do with the original. It's a good animated, expanded universe feature, but if you are looking for an semi-faithful recreation of the original, look elsewhere.
