A Stipped Screw, poor quality.

I ordered this product because of the Labgear reputation and the design of the shielding on this wall plate. However I was disappointed to find that the tapped hole for the connection of the signal wire was badly manufactured. The counterbore was too deep so there were insufficient threads for the screw to engage. I needed to get it connected and it wasn't worth the hassle sending it back. I carefully squeezed the pin to deform the hole into an oval to narrow the thread sufficiently to get the thread to hold. If that doesn't work I will have to solder it. Very disappointed and let down by poor quality control.
