The purse was placed in a very thin plastic envelope which during the shipping process was slit and cut in several places. It is an absolute miracle that the bag itself wasn't damaged. This fairly expensive purse should have been placed in a box or at the very least wrapped in a protective covering like bubble wrap or even placed in a padded envelope. But the inside of the bag was stuffed unnecessarily with paper

No other comment. I had to ask and wait for slow response. Seller offered small partial refund; I asked for a bit more. Due to lack of response, I began return process. Seller came back and said could not figure out how to issue partial refund. I ended return process so seller could do so. No response; no partial refund. I don't know where it stands.

All natural hair dye!

Honestly I should have been dying my hair with this stuff from the beginning. It’s much healthier and no harmful chemicals. Not to mention that it even conditions your hair. I’m so happy with my purchase. Thank you!
