Factory OEM MAF

Had a stumble when you mash the accelerator, there was a torn intake boot and the problem didn't completely go away. I had ruled out the MAF due to keeping it clean. I finally replaced the MAF after not finding the problem and the problem went away. Like new driveability, i enjoy the car again.

Nike Metcon 7 Fly Ease evaluation

Nike Metcon continues to raise the bar for a fitness/crossfit/weight room shoe. The shoe can be used for training in other sports as well. The uppers provide a "locked in" feeling. The forefoot control is solid and inspires confidence on lateral movement. The heel is solid which provide squatting stability. The sole has incredible traction. The padding is firm enough to give good control and awareness of how your foot is touching the ground.
