Perfect OEM fit. Saved me hundreds!
This clip is the exact fit and replacement for the fuel intake line clip on a 2017-2020 Super Duty 6.7 l. I purchased another cheaper imitation clip and it popped off the filter within 24 hours, sending diesel all over the engine. I went to the dealership and they were going to sell me the entire fuel line assembly for $800. I decided to give it one more try so I purchased this clip because it said Ford Genuine Parts and the reviews were good. It shipped fast, and fit perfectly. It’s been on the truck for a few weeks with absolutely no negative issues. Do not buy any other cheap clips out there. This one is the real deal and the one you need!
One thing I learned is the way to tell the difference between OEM and cheap imitations is the color on the sliding retainer portion of the clip. Ford OEM’s clip is kind of a burnt orange color. The cheap imitations are more of a bright orange. Do not purchase or use the clips that are bright orange! They will fail. Use this clip, a Ford Genuine Part, which is a burnt orange color and it will work like a charm, and save you a lot of money!
