Not suitable for fit adults. Highest setting is weak.
5 of 6 found this helpful My 12 yr old son and 9 yr old daughter can do 100 rows at the highest no.8 hardest setting. It isnt very suitable for a fit adult at all. I am a cardiac patient who does office work and for a a bit of cardio and rebuilding my leg and back and arm muscles after months of no exercising, I can do 50 rows at setting no.5. The quality is very good for the price. Was very easy to assemble too. I recommend this product for people who require low impact and low resistence training to built up muscle strength after surgery and cardio. It is also suited for the elderly. But as far as suitable for a fit adult is concerned? I wouldnt bother. If a 12 yr old boy can do 100+ rows at the highest setting and still keep going, plus a 9 yr old girl can do 100 at the highest setting, it is pretty self explanatory that these dont offer enough resistence for the average adult.

Great Gaming and Server Case
A great, stylish and quality made case by Corsair. There is plenty of storage room and cooling facilities for the gamer, Home Theatre enthusiast or IT Administrator for Server duties.
The white and black theme is very classy and the added touch of the white LED's adds to the aesthetics. On the front panel you can turn the lights on or off and you can adjust the speed of the factory case fans too.
It is very easy to work with and install peripherals and hardware.
The only downside is its size. Although its not as tall or large as some of the big cases on the market, it is quite large and best suited for places where you have the space to sit it.

OK for a while, but longevity of rubber wires on plugs damages easily.
I had 2 sets of these. One set damaged the microphone rubber wire when I accidentally ran over the wire with my computer chair. The 2nd set basically became unstable at the plug when you plug it in and out of your PC. The plugs and wires are very flimsy and will not stand the test fo time. Better to get headphones with the heavy duty nylon corded wiring than the super flimsy and thin rubber type cords.
