Nothing like a good nights sleep
Does what it says, helps me to sleep. I only need 1/2 tablet to help me get to sleep. They do not make you too drowsy, and noises still wake you, but then I seem to be able to fall asleep again after being woken up.

No more slipping
Only had a couple of weeks, but compared to my bamboo one it is wonderful. The bamboo one had started to slip, slide around and the new one seems to stay in place. Great price for this product.

Helping me sleep
This product has been helping me sleep for many years. I only need half a tablet. I still wake up if i hear a noise or the phone ringing, but then it is easy to nod off to sleep again. I try not to take them nightly, only if I have a few bad nights in a row or if I am away from home.
