Color is if off but most importantly, the ears that are supposed to engage the wheel and hold the cap onto the wheel were not sticking out far enough. The result was the cap just fell out of the wheel. Had to use some backyard engineering to move the ears out in order to keep the cap positively in place. This was for a 2008 4Runner Limited.
