Volvo S70 antenna mast and cable

This antenna mast with cable was a perfect fit and so easy to install. At first I thought I'd have to replace the whole antenna unit (including motor) until I saw the cost for the motor alone being over $250. Then saw a DYI video on line by a guy named Robert, which showed how to replace just the antenna and cable. I removed and took apart the section that encloses the cable and sure enough the cable was broken. So for under $20 and a little labor the antenna was fully functioning once again.
