OK, But check Pinion depth.
Shipping was very fast and packaging was adequate. The starter itself does work but does not seem to be as powerful as the original Tecumseh. The biggest issue I had was that the mounting brackets did bolt up but would make the pinion bind on the flywheel. after a few off and on's it was determined that the Mfg. had either bent the brackets or welded them to the starter case slightly off and this was causing the pinion depth to be too tight. The solution was to clamp the bracket in a large vice and tweak the bends of the brackets to allow the correct pinion depth and proper engagement and retraction of the starter pinion. Everything works ok now but I can't call it a bolt on replacement in my case. The engine was an HH-160 (same block as a OH-160).
