Chain is 8mm, not 11mm
The chain arrived early and is as promised with one caveat, the ad describes the chain as being 30 in x 11mm wide. It is actually only 8mm wide. It is 30 inches long. Other than that one discrepancy it is as described. The chain comes with a diamond cub in the stainless steel that shines beautifully with the 14K gold plating...

Water Filter replacement for UKF8001
The filter is actually better than the original. Just as easy to install and lasts longer than the older model.

Pump broke down and won't keep soap available
1 of 2 found this helpful The pump on the unit has to be run 5 or 6 times to get soap to dispense out of the unit. It faired better when I first got it but has been on steady decline ever since. This is the first Simple Human product I've bought that turned out to be no good. I'm very disappointed in this unit.
