Robert the seller used real GAMA IQ pictures in his ad and then sent a fraudulent knockoff. He then askes for pictures and reply's "I also noticed the box was worn in your picture that you sent. As long as you send original packaging and same unit (I have serial numbers) Thanks to Ebay, We got our money back. Then the next day, that the product was not what they expected and wanted to return. I sent Pre-paid label immediately. As soon as I received I Immediately refunded. Ebay did not get involved at all. So, buyer was refunded immediately on a no return policy. I will be careful in future not to ask for my original packaging and unit back. Apparently that is asking too much. I am sorry you are angry. I hope you can find peace.
