Carefull how you use this staple puller.
This puller works. However, on my third staple the tip of the point broke off. I filed the stump of the point back to a point so I could continue to use the puller. The lesson is to be sure to hammer the the point as far as you can under the staple so the thicker (and thus stronger) part of the point is under the staple when you torque the tool to lever out the staple.
