This phone is a true disappointment.
We purchased our phone on 11 June 2018. We've had the phone for 12 days now. And I am sad to say that since the purchase of our phone, we've experienced nothing but problems. The phone will not stay on consistently. At various times, the screen will go from blue to black. And on other occasions the screen may not come on at all. No matter how often we press the power on off button. This phone has been a disappointment since we've received it. And we are requesting a refund. Please respond at your earliest. Thank you.
