What makes me give this transaction a neutral review (Even though it should be a negative one) is the fact that he was so rude once I reached out to him with the issue. He basically told me it was my own problem and to deal with it myself. He never offered any help or solutions. To add insult to injury he offered a .1c refund. Unbelievable at the lack of customer service. Beware!
