    Poor quality
Item arrived and one of the ports had the plastic around the contacts chipped but still works. One of the other ports quit working after a couple of days.

It's a good read if you're into vintage synths.
Vintage Synthesizers by Mark Vail is a good book for Synth junkies like myself. It covers the history of the top early synth makers like Moog and Arp etc. It also has a nice photo catalog of some early instruments along with some descriptions. While definitely covering the basics and most famous instruments, along with a few very obscure ones, this book is by no means comprehensive in its scope. Several very popular synths are omitted. Still, I found it interesting and informative. A worthwhile addition to any synth-heads library.

Nursery Cryme-a must for early Genesis fans.
This album really helps the fan of Genesis music follow their development as musicians and composers. The addition of guitarist Steve Hackett and drummer/vocalist Phil Collins is instantly noticeable from the earlier two albums. The compositions take on an edgier and more mature quality while the musicianship is greatly improved as well. Tony Banks expands his tonal experimentation on the organ while adding stings and voices from the Mellotron. This album was released prior to the use of synthesizers for the most part, but Mike Rutherford does use the Taurus bass pedals. I believe this is the last album Tony banks is listed as playing 12 string guitar as well. You cab definitely hear Peter Gabriels' vocals becoming more animated along with more intricately woven counter melodies and background harmonies. If you're a fan of Genesis music and wish to follow their evolution to the masterpiece "Lamb" album, then this is a must have for your collection.
