  Trouble seller. Updated order status (dispatched) very late. Did not provide tracking number. Did not put the correct delivery address on the package (as seller admits). Apparently, seller lost the package in the mail and put the buyer on the road to search for the item. Terrible buyer experience. Unfortunately eBay does not care about buyer satisfaction so to offer financial compensation by bad sellers when buyers are psychologically at a loss. Seller can very well lie and not send the items.

  this buyer was kept informed every step of the way and he received a FULL refund without having to ask, the address he gave did not even have a name or street number which is why the parcel was not received.this buyer cannot even be bothered to go ask at his local post office which is where the item will be sitting, I even sent him the address and phone number of the two nearest post offices. A full refund and my apologies given but there is no pleasing some people.
